Travellers have pitched up on Highfields Park.The group first moved onto the park on Saturday afternoon and community protection officers have been to the site.A spokesman for Nottingham City Council said: "We're hopeful they will soon move on off their own accord. If not, we are ready to take action through the courts to evict them."The council has asked locals to report any anti-social behaviour to them.
